Team KC CARE Clinic has reached their goal of 6,631.00 dollars, which mirrors the total
number of unduplicated clients served by the clinic in 2012. However, we are not
done yet! It has come to our attention that another team is trying to take
our spot as the number three top fundraiser in the Kansas City Area. The
Heartland Men’s Chorus, as of 10:30 am this morning, has surpassed us and is
trying to hold their lead. It is time to buckle down fundraisers…. and Take
Down that Choir! Now is the time to make your last plea on Facebook,
Twitter, or other media device for donations for your page. If you are not a
fundraiser and want to help: choose a member of our team and donate to their
page on Firstgiving at http://www.firstgiving.com/process/teamarea/default.asp?did=1615&teamid=218894.
Mark your calendars for the 25th annual AIDS WALK Kansas City on Saturday, April 27, 2013. New surprises to honor 25 years of
the fight against AIDS. You ready for another round? Because Team KC CARE Clinic is!

TEAM KC CARE Presents: Meet the Team at McCoys!
The KC CARE Clinic AIDS Walk team invited community members to join us for a KC CARE Clinic Team Meet and Greet Happy Hour on Wednesday, March 27. If you were not able to make it.... here is what you missed:
Last year, nearly 4,500 Walkers along with Sponsors and Special Events helped raise over $480,000 for the 5,700 men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS in Kansas City. The Kansas City CARE Clinic is one of the 4 Kansas City AIDS service organizations that benefits from the KC AIDS Walk.
We could not serve our community without the wonderful support of our volunteers. In 2012, 1,286 KC CARE Clinic volunteers donated services valued at more than $1.25 million.
You can join our team at:

• The clinic served 6,631 unduplicated client’s last year, so the AIDS Walk committee has set the challenge of matching that goal. We want to raise at least $6,631.00.
We can't wait for April 27th, and hope to see you March 27th to start the fun!

NO SMASH CAMPAIGN!
I desperately need your help. Please help me with a counter campaign. Unfortunately my staff are raising $100 to sponsor a PIE SMASH. Yep, you heard right. This means if they raise 100 bones, they will smash a pie in my face and it will be broadcast on facebook.
I am highly concerned and fearful. If I raise $200 I can stop this atrocity. Please give a dollar or 20 to save this gorgeous face from being smashed, humiliated, harmed, etc etc.
Every dollar helps.

Dustin
Hi, everybody. Thanks for visiting my Personal Fundraising Page. As a therapist with the Kansas City Free Health Clinic, now called the Kansas City CARE Clinic, I've seen just how much can be done to help those living with AIDS. AIDS Walk funnels funds directly to four local services: KC CARE, SAVE Inc., Good Samaritan Project, and Hope Care Center. I've seen the difference these organizations have made in my clients' lives. It's powerful stuff and the people that work at these organizations are nothing short of miracle workers.
